WHAT:       Calvary@Home Seeks Companion Volunteers to visit our Patients in Rockland County


                    We need adult volunteers of all ages to help our patients in

Rockland County.  You can help with important things such as:


§     Providing companionship for patients;

§     Visiting, talking, listening, reading, crocheting, holding hands,  and praying with our patients in their homes;

§     Providing a respite for our patients’ caregivers.


Applicants may volunteer:

§     To visit patients in their homes or nursing homes.

§     In the morning, afternoon, or evening.

§     For about 2-4 hours a week.




WHY:            Volunteers serve as members of the hospice team by providing comfort and enriching the quality of patient’s life.


If you speak Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Greek and other languages, we encourage you to contact us today!


                   We need your compassion and willingness to share some of your precious time with our beloved patients.
