WHY: Experiencing the death of a loved one is the most stressful and emotionally traumatic event any of us is likely to face. This workshop is being offered to the community in order to help bereaved individuals get through the holiday season while grieving the loss of their loved one. Learn how to understand the nature of grief and loss and their potential impact on all aspects of your life.
