“Since 2001, when we first made Calvary care available in local facilities, our goal has been to provide outstanding hospice care for terminally ill nursing home residents,” said Nancy S. D’Agostino, RN, MSN, Vice President of Community Patient Services, Calvary@Home.

“Our caregivers make sure that end-of-life care is high quality, consistent and coordinated.  From pain and symptom management to pastoral care and social work, we provide true Calvary care to our patients and families in the home or nursing home.  We are delighted to partner with Dumont and Pine Valley.  They share our commitment to the best possible patient care.”
