30th Annual Calvary Hospital Awards Gala raises $1 Million

NEW YORK, NY, June 7, 2013 – More than 450 people attended Calvary Hospital’s 30th Annual Awards Gala on June 4 at The Pierre in New York City. The evening raised $1 million, making it one of the most successful galas in Calvary history. The proceeds will benefit hospital programs and services for advanced cancer patients and their families. 

         Steven J. Golub, Chairman of the Board of the Calvary Fund, and a dinner co-chair, presented The Calvary Medal to Frank A. D’Amelio, Executive Vice President, Business Operations & Chief Financial Officer of Pfizer Inc., in recognition of his distinguished corporate and civic leadership and outstanding philanthropic commitment to the Calvary mission.
