What program are you seeking admissions information for?

Calvary Hospital is the only fully accredited acute care specialty hospital in the U.S. exclusively providing palliative care for adult patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.

Calvary’s Hospice services are designed for patients approaching the end of life. Our program features a dedicated team of registered nurses (RNs), doctors, Social Workers, chaplains, home health aides, bereavement counselors, and volunteers. Hospice care is appropriate for patients with life-limiting illness (cancer or non-cancer) who are no longer pursuing active treatment, and who may benefit from care directed at reducing symptoms and enhancing the quality of life.

For Home Care, Calvary works with patients’ primary community doctors and provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, and Home Health Aide services as needed by patients. As needed, Calvary@Home can facilitate a seamless transition to becoming an inpatient at our Bronx or Brooklyn sites.
