About Calvary Hospital

Calvary is the country’s only hospital dedicated to providing hospice and palliative care to adult patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illness. CalvaryCareSM is available at four locations in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens and throughout the greater New York area where people reside.

Calvary’s mission today is the same as when we started 120 years ago. Our family-centric approach to patient care is key to relieving the stress and concerns of family members as well.

Calvary Hospital is the only fully accredited acute care specialty hospital in the U.S. exclusively providing palliative care for adult patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Our programs include inpatient care, pain management, hospice, home care with bereavement and support programs for families and friends.

Calvary’s mission is to care for medical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families, at the end of their lives. We believe that no person should have to be in pain or be uncomfortable at this time.

We are the world’s leading expert in palliative care. CalvaryCareSM is compassionate, loving care that we provide to our patients, wherever we care for them.
