Our industry-leading Palliative Care and Hospice, CalvaryCare® is available in the homes of our patients throughout Westchester County and as well as within our four inpatient facilities throughout the New York metro-area. Just south of Westchester County patients can receive inpatient hospice and palliative care at our Bronx hospital located on Eastchester Road.
Calvary is the only hospice care provider in Westchester County backed by its own fully dedicated hospital. Allowing our care and services to scale to meet our patients’ medical needs as they evolve; Calvary is able to easily transfer patients between home hospice care and our acute care inpatient facilities.

Offered throughout Westchester, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx and Brooklyn, Calvary Hospice is a Medicare-certified Hospice program, providing care for patients through an interdisciplinary team designed to meet the needs of patients with a terminal prognosis.
