Family member finds a creative way to support the Calvary mission

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Brooklyn native Joseph Peritore-Prince who found a creative way to support the Calvary mission. Joey was very grateful for the care that his parents received at Calvary’s Brooklyn Campus in 2007 and 2016. So for his 40th birthday on April 28, he conducted a “GoFundMe” campaign to raise $4,000 in their honor.

(https://www.gofundme.com/celebrating-joe-and-susan-peritore) Joey surpassed his goal by more than 11%, raising $4,462 that will benefit the Brooklyn Campus! Way to go!!!

Peritore

“My wonderful parents died 10 years apart. At the end of their lives, they were determined to stay in Brooklyn. Thanks to Calvary, I was able to keep my promises to them. Both times, the staff at the Brooklyn campus gave tender loving care to mom and dad, treating them as though they were caring for their own parents. Calvary allowed my parents to die without pain and with the dignity that they deserved.”
